Ron, you really should let me try to sell some of these images on taostaos.com
What an eye you have....I just love the work
But it strikes my heart the place...the subtle beauty...far away round topped mountains even though you are on top of them..the glass lakes, ice rushings of the ausable...the richness of the vegetation...the darkness of the greens....all from the north country....a beautiful somberness...foggy muted rich

Very nice stuff. I like the comment here about not being over "shopped." That's certainly a valid art "path." I, personally, like to explore a lot of the capabilities of Photoshop and the extension it can bring to what I shoot. I see another entrant in your guest book to whom I sold my last 35mm film camera. I've been shooting with a dSLR for about 6 years and just upgraded to a 7D. Keep shooting. There is an entire world to explore in every cubic foot on the planet. Then there's everything that's not on the planet. It should keep you busy for a while.
